Negligent in their job, failed repeatedly to return my calls, promised to call me back and never did. After having my tax paperwork, they were almost a year late and I had to demand my paper work back to seek another tax preparer.

We took our taxes to another provider who never finished them and never returned our calls and also required a deposit.Westford tax had them done within 24 hours with no deposit. We were very pleased at the speed, of course we don't know if they are correct yet but it looks good so far.

Visit absolutely perfect. Took less than an hour. I was afraid I would owe $$ to the IRS and ended up with $2,300+ coming back to me. I tried doing my own taxes on the computer and didn't come close to that amount. This was the best $185 I ever spent!!
