The price quoted was accurate and the quantity delivered was also correct.  All tiles were intact (not cracked or broken).

The flooring was excellent quality and the installation was done in a professional manner.  The installer came alone on the first day and indicated that he did not have everything needed to finish  the job.  We had reserved two days to complete job but the installer did not communicate until end of day that he would not return on Friday to finish job.  As we did not have Saturday available it took until Monday to finish the work.  On Monday 4 people came to finish job.  If we had multiple people on the first day the work probably could have been done in one day.    The only problem we had with the work was poor communications on the part of the actual contract installer the company used.

No sales gimmicks, etc.; I believe I got a fair price for good quality materials. They spent a lot of time with me in the showroom. Sometimes it took a while to get a return phone call, but then they were ready right away to start working. The workers who put in the floors seemed to really know what they were doing and had lots of experience. I trust that they did a superb job and would definitely look to use them again in the future.

The installers did a great job, it looks beautiful, but their communication was non existent. Arrived late the first day, left without communicating any further schedule. They were pleasant when here, but I never knew if they would becoming back. It's hard to plan around that.

New carpet for room and stairs. I had another estimate but the amount of carpet seemed way too much. Westford carpet helped me select a suitable carpet for the room/stairs, came and measured, provided an estimate.

Installation was very professional and looks good. This was easy.

Westford Custom Floors did a great job for us. This was a job done for a complete renovation. From the time I went in to the store to pick out the products to the day they were finished everything was great. The store personnel were very informative and had a lot of patience with me, which was very helpful considering this was a big job for me. I was able to take samples with me until I decided on just the right color scheme.
I worked with 3 different crews on the job site and they were all very professional and courteous. I will absolutely use them again if I need any type of flooring.

Westford Custom Floor (WCF) was recommended by our General Contractor (GC) and we loved them at first. The sales representative was very friendly and helped us pick out the perfect tile for the kitchen and bathroom. They started with laying the bathroom floor tile. We had made mistake because there was a 1 foot piece of baseboard left by our general contractor on the wall while all the rest of the baseboard was removed. When we got home from work we realized the mistake because WCF had cut the tile to fit around the 1 foot of baseboard while the rest of the tile was laid snug to the wall. I called the office the next morning as soon as they opened in the morning, explained the problem and asked if they could use the couple of unused tile and fix the spot by laying the tile up to the wall before they grouted the entire floor (we had removed the baseboard). The owner of the company told me he couldn't help that it was too late to fix the problem and I would like the tile job when the floor was done. I told him it would be a simple fix if they did it before the grouting - he yelled at me and basically told me to live with it because he wasn’t going to contact his worker to change the tile. Luckily one of the GC employees was at our house that day and had the tile workman fix the job to our specifications before the grouting was done. It then took over a month to schedule the backsplash, which held up the rest of the kitchen remodeling job even though the workman had assured us he could fit us in the next week. What was very difficult was WFC owner and sales representative refused to give us an estimate to what week the job could be done. They said they could only give us 24 hours notice. We had to call them several times every week to see if they would be coming in the next day. When their workman did the backsplash he did a terrible job. One of the tiles was put in upside down (nice side to the wall and grout side out). He also did an uneven job around the window bringing the tile on one side of the window an inch higher than the other side of the window. They came back and fixed the tile when I called to complain but the wall that he removed an inch of tile from was damaged and we had to fix it ourselves. I would never use this company again. They were very unprofessional on the phone (emotional and yelled) plus their work was poor.
