Plumbing
I needed a plumber ASAP, and Bob Topjian was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called Bob, left a message, and he returned my called quickly. I explained my problem and witihin an hour, he went to the building to assess the situation. Bob called me with his plan to make repairs and told me how much it would cost over the phone. The next morning, Bob and I met at the building. He installed a whole new back-flow control setup with new valves in about an hour. Problem solved. If you need a polite, responsive plumber who does quality work at a reasonable price, I suggest that you call Bob Topjian.
