+ -1 moreI needed a plumber ASAP, and Bob Topjian was recommended to me by a neighbor. I called Bob, left a message, and he returned my called quickly. I explained my problem and witihin an hour, he went to the building to assess the situation. Bob called me with his plan to make repairs and told me how much it would cost over the phone. The next morning, Bob and I met at the building. He installed a whole new back-flow control setup with new valves in about an hour. Problem solved. If you need a polite, responsive plumber who does quality work at a reasonable price, I suggest that you call Bob Topjian.
Description of Work: I own commercial property, and an old brass valve on an irrigation system broke off and needed to be replaced in order for the system to function. While my need for a plumber was not urgent, I wanted the irrigation system to be functional as soon as possible.
