Two separate visits, but both urgent calls to Warren Spears (owner) first for a clogged kitchen drain and second for emergenby repairs to a malfunctioning furnace. Both times he responded nearly immediately to my message, and scheduled appointment very quickly. Work performed efficiently and in a timely manner. Very reasonably priced and extremely pleasant to work with. Very satisfied with work.
