You will find our team is big enough to handle any job but small enough to give the attention to detail, you wont get from the big companies. The ONLY phone number goes directly to Rob, the owner, who is the one doing everything from giving the estimates, down to actually working on every job, pushing the brushes, so you know attention to detail, and customer service is going to be the best. Our famous 'prep job' has acquired a reputation in town for being so extensive- which starts with a Jo-Max/Bleach solution (plant safe) with a full pressure wash and/or house scrub (with brush), followed by a complete examination for any loose, pealing, cracking or bubbling paint which gets sanded down to hide imperfections, premium oil-based lifetime guarantee caulking applied to any exposed cracks between wood work, either premium quality oil-based primer or latex 'house glue' "MadDog Primer" for problematic areas to all exposed sanded wood areas, finished with only a premium grade top coat of paint for both siding and trim- primarily working with California Exterior paint products, and Benjamin Moore for interior jobs. We even mix in 'M-1 Mildewcide' to all top coating paint (siding and trimming) to ensure that the paint job will last as long as possible without any mold or mildew in the humid New England climate. HOUSE CLEANING/WASHING: In addition to painting we also offer exterior house washing for any vinyl or alternative siding materials. Washing includes both washing solution and scrub, with a pressure wash to make sure all grease, mold mildew, dirt, and grime is both killed and cleaned off the entire surface to leave your home looking fresh and new Estimates ARE FREE - so please shoot us a ring so we can at least come over and give a consultation as to what needs to be done with your home project.
