Barry Peraner provides a very detailed and technical home inspection, and a final inspection report that we will use repeatedly in the future.Throughout the inspection process, as new homeowners of a single family home, we had many questions such as, what is that?, ick, is that OK? and, what does that do? Barry was very accepting of all our questions and made sure we understood the implications of what we were observing. He was able to explain how things work, and what conditions may or may not be acceptable to our personal situation. He is very professional and has such great technical knowledge, but also the people skills and good humor to help us learn important facts about our potential home while providing objective information.
