I called the company and asked about installing a system. I am a single handicapped women and moved into an apartment by myself for the first time. Although the apartment is on one level, my regress out of the building is two stories. I am relieved and happy with the fact that I have my button for help if I fall and it reaches all the way down to the end of my driveway. My siblings feel safer just knowing that I have it . Inside the home I have a unit and I feel safe and sound sleeping at night, also I cannot walk quickly, no more than 20 feet and sometimes less, so knowing that the alarm will deter intruders I have piece of mind. The installer was wonderful - he understood my special needs and programmed the monitor to meet those needs. He answered all my questions and he spent the time to see how long it would take me to get in and out of the house in a panic state and a non-panic state. I feel I was given personal service and I know I can call at anytime with any questions and they will help me through. The remote is very easy to operate. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, with or without any kind of special needs.

.Being a single woman it's not easy coming home to an empty home in the dark or even the daylight now. I feel so safe and secure now with the system that was installed. From the beginning to the very end the process was very easy and dealing with the people in the office was great. The installer explained everything to me and answered every question I had. I have had a number of instances where I have had to call the office and received quick answers. I would recommend this company highly - they are true professionals.

Overall, everything was excellent. The man explained everything and was very patient with us when we had questions. He was excellent in telling us how to use it, how to enter codes in, and what to do if we should have any trouble. He was so nice and I would highly recommend them.
