First time user of Merrimack Properties hired last minute. David was able to fit in my yard requests with his busy schedule. He was professional, listened to my various suggestions and offered money-saving options which was most helpful as I am a senior with limited resources. He also helped to remove a pile of disposable items, (also known as trash) from an area of my yard. His quote to do the job at last minute was very fair, I was very pleased and I will definitely use his services again.

All went well. Dave was very responsive. I've had aeration done before but this looks much better. The price was competitive. He took extra time to offer advise about next steps I'll do myself to get the lawn ready for winter and next season. I intend to use them again for other yard, lawn and garden work.

The aeration work was done well according to specifications. I just wish that the communication to arrange the day and time for the appointment had been better. The person performing the work waited until the morning of the appointment to specify the time when they would arrive.

Dave was extremely punctual, responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It was much cheaper than all the other quotes I received. However, I'm not sure if it's due to the quality of work or the recommended method of lawn installation, but the back yard came in extremely patchy, probably due to the shade. The front yard where there's lots of sun looks great. This is even with the recommended follow up treatments to the lawn and watering twice a day. All in all I probably would've saved my money and went for a different installation method to get it right the first time.

I understand that there continue to be some areas in the back lawn that have not taken, and this is expected for a variety of reasons, the most popular reason is rain washed off the seed. I am happy to return this spring, and core aerate and reseed at no additional charge. Renovating a lawn is a multi step process, and it is good practice to core aerate and over seed yearly. David responded to our outreach right away and was even able to work us in the very same day on short notice. We have a big yard and he and his partner did a great job. They were fast but thorough and I’d certainly recommend them for Fall and Spring cleanup.

The process went very well. The grass is nice and green with a thick coat. The granite posts are in and the lights are bright. Dave and his team were great to work with. We appreciated the work they did.

Accepted Angie's List deal for core aeration. It took over a week for him to provide the service after planning to come by many times. He finally showed up on a weekend morning as he promised. However, his aerator churned my lawn significantly and dug up quite a bit of the lawn. I fixed this where possible. I was able to overseed the lawn, but given the hastle, I would not purchase from this provider again.

David was extremely professional, accommodating and communicative. He and his crew worked long hours over 2 days and did a fantastic job cleaning the entire yard as well as cleaning all the leaves out of our garage which I did not expect. The original quote was for an "AL" deal but the scope of the work was well beyond that and he gave me a real bargain for all that extra work. We are quite happy with the results and look forward to hiring Merrimack Properties for anything else we might need in the future.

There was a ton of brush at the back of the property which had gotten overgrown thanks to the previous owner. We ended up needing 2 days to get it all done, but Mike and Dave put in extra hours to make sure everything was cleared out. The yard looks so much bigger now! Well worth the money.

Dave was very easy to work with and accommodating. There were some schedule delays partly due to weather but when Dave did come he worked until 8:00 on a Sunday night to finish when promised. The quality of the mulch and work are excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again
