Kathy was fantastic. She helped us make our home more marketable by brining in a stager, and giving us great advice. She helped us negotiate a good price on our existing home.
Kathy was indispensable in the purchase of our new home. It was a difficult process as there was a relocation company involved that moved very slowly. Kathy worked all the channels to get things accomplished by the closing date. She had great negotiating advice, helping us get our new home for a great price. She was there for us throughout the process, regularly checking in to make sure things were on track. I don't know how we would have done it without her.
I highly recommend Kathy Cunningham (and her partner Peter Powers) for home sales and purchases in the Westford, MA area.
