Gwen was incredibly easy to work with, always willing to answer questions and provide information. She was very patient as we looked at many, many houses, trying to find the perfect one on our relatively tight budget. She was also able to sell our our old home in only three weeks, just as the market was taking a nose-dive. She followed up with all potential buyers, encouraging them to pursue various funding options when they worried about selling their own home to buy ours. She held two open houses in three weeks. She never acted put-upon when we called repeatedly, and that was very much appreciated. We always felt like her only clients. Overall a great experience. (Cost above was commission paid for the sale of our home.)
