We have a brick house, so it was hard in some instances and they had to drill extra holes. They did a great job though and got the work done in a great amount of time. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and professionalism of the workers.

FELLOW WAS VERY YOUNG. HE DID NOT HAVE ADEQUATE LADDER AND HAD TO BORROW MINE. HE FELL OFF AND SCRATCHED MY BULKHEAD. HE DID NOT CAULK OR SEAL THE LIGHT. WE CALLED AND COMPANY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SONMEONE OUT BUT THEY NEVER CAME, AND THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES. WE ARE NOW DISPUTING PAYMENT ON OUR CREDIT CARD.

CREATED WORSE PROBLEMS. DIDN'T CLEAN UP. CHARGED $500 FOR 4 HOURS OF WORK. SENT TWO MEN FOR A ONE PERSON JOB. THEY TRIED TO STICK US FOR ANOTHER HOURS. THEY FIXED HALF OF THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY ADVERTISED THEY FIXED POOLS, BUT ONCE THEY WERE OUT THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T FIX ANYTHING THAT WAS INSIDE THE POOL.
