"What this customer is leaving out is that multiple phone calls were made to this customer as we were heading to the job. We arrived 30 mins early and she didn?t like that. When she finally called back she verbally assaulted our technician and just continued to do so when we said that we didn?t want to do job because her gated back yard was never entered but we could see the dog feces all throughout her yard and didn?t want to drag out equipment through that. So her feelings were hurt we said no."

When we get customer information we call the customer and if no one answers we leave them a message to call us back or check out our website for our pricing. This was done for you, as it is done for every customer. It is not really fair that you would then go and rate us so poorly when we didn't do any work for you. If you do not like the process you should probably rate Angi poorly, not a small business that pays for the Angi service."
