+ -1 moreThe over all experience was horrible. He was unprofessional through out the process. It was an extremely frustating experaince and by the end of it, we were happy to get out of it.
Description of Work: Ed O Neil is unrelaible and not trust worthy. We dealt with him over a period of 10 months. We signed an agreement with him for a house at a specific precise. After 5 months, he raised the price by $50,000. After another 4 months, he raised the price again by $70,000. Which shows that he is an inexperianced builder and does not know his costs. The spec that he gave us had quite a few red flags. Later on, we found out that he was trying to cut corners. The specifications (land and house) were not the ones we were promised at the time of the agreement.
