I met salesman Tim McLean, and he was great to work with. The entire experience there was very good; they treated me well, and when the time came to make a decision to walk away or sign on the dotted line, they made it hard for me to walk away, as they really reduced the price to what i was looking for. Tim was/is very intent upon customer service, and he explained everything to me honestly and candidly. There was never any hint of sleaziness that you would get from other dealerships (as I did get a few years earlier from a different car dealership). I would not hesitate to go back to him for a future vehicle.
The only negative was the time it took for the process; I was there for close to 4 hours before driving away with my new CR-V; much too long of a wait for and quot;paperworkand quot; and other steps in the process. I had to stand up and walk around multiple times to prevent boredom from setting in. I will say that this is probably an industry issue, not just a Boch thing. Past vehicle purchases took long as well. there must be an easier way to get through the process without losing half a day.

I've been to Boch Honda West to have my cars serviced at least 10 times. When it first opened, I was unhappy with the place because I felt the service people were dishonest and quite slimy. But fortunately, those people no longer work there and the current employees are very nice (and more importantly - honest). The place has turned around in the last year and now I would recommend getting your car serviced there. They have mailing lists (both email and snail mail) in which they send out coupons for various services on a regular basis. I ALWAYS use them and end up getting good deals. So, it's a good place to go if you use a coupon. Get on their mailing list.

I bought my car there and I use it for servicing. They are very good. I did all my shopping online as far as prices. The salesman was great. I went in and told them this is what I want and this is what I will pay. If you go in prepared, it was really good service.
