 + -1 moreTHIS HAS BEEN A REAL MIXED BAG. ON THE ONE HAND, THEY REPROGRAMMED MY SECURITY SYSTEM INCORRECTLY, THEN MISSED AN APPOINTMENT TO SHOW UP TO FIX IT, SO I HAVE TO TAKE A THIRD AFTERNOON OFF FROM WORK. ON THE OTHER HAND, EVERYONE I HAVE DEALT WITH HAS BEEN VERY APOLOGETIC AND POLITE, AND I THINK IT WILL ULTIMATELY GET FIXED TO MY SATISFACTION. THE MONITORING SERVICE IS VERY QUICK AND RESPONSIVE.
