 + -1 moreBARRY DID A FAIRLY CAPABLE JOB, OVERALL, BUT NOT AS GOOD AS I WOULD WANT. I FELT THAT HE RUSHED--SEVERAL TIMES, I NOTICED PROBLEMS LIKE A BROKEN WINDOWPANE OR EVIDENCE OF MOISTURE ON A WALL, THAT HE HAD MISSED. MORE IMPORTANT, HE THOUGHT THE HOUSE HAD ALUMINUM WIRING. HE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT HE IS NOT AN ELECTRICIAN, BUT HE WAS CERTAIN ENOUGH THAT HE DID NOT RECOMMEND AN ELECTRICAL INSPECTION. THIS MISTAKE ALMOST KILLED THE SALE, SINCE REPLACING ALUMINUM WIRING WOULD HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.
Description of Work: PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION OF HOME BUILT IN 1936.
