It has been good. I have had a couple of problems where I had a doctor tell me, I had another dog and I brought him there and the doctor told me the dog was fat. The dog was 14, I mean that is all she had to look forward to was extra food. I got upset and I walked out and I told them I did not want that vet. They gave me another one. When I first took the dog we have now there, the doctor was very impatient with him as far as giving him his shots. When I left then, I said I do not want that doctor ever again and I guess he left the practice. Of course, when he was diagnosed with cancer they told me that he was only going to live four to six months and they wanted us to take him to Boston and I said we would do that. We would not spend 10,000 dollars if he is going to die anyway. Two years later, he was still alive. So, I went back to them and they said "Oh well he was like stage two or stage three. He would have been dead by now if he had stage three". So i was a little taken aback by that. Thanks for all the tears. He is like our child. We still go there for annual because I do not know where else to go but I have had a few issues with them. If I had a dog that was sick like it had leukemia or something like that and I had to use them more often, I probably would look for some place else.

They are very responsive and incredibly easy to schedule an appointment with. The staff is warm and caring and they seem very knowledgeable.

Loved the facility, the grounds, and the staff at VCA Montgomery Road Animal Hospital . While there my pet has a larger kennel, they walk my dog, play with him, and if asked will bathe and groom him. They have a good medical staff. VCA Montgomery Road Animal Hospital is very personable. When we first went to them they gave us a tour and it was very clean.

We are satisfied with them. For one thing, people who looked at my dog were very pleasant and efficient. We have seen different veterinarians on different occasions when we go there, but we have been satisfied with all of the vets that we had been so far. In fact, we had another dog, which was ill and getting old. They were extremely compassionate about treating it and were very helpful. We don't have a lot to compare in this area. We did take her to another vet in Westfield and it was not such a good experience. We would not recommend that vet, but VCA is so much better. They followed through, when the dog had an illness.

It went very well, the dog came through very well. The incision was very small and she showed no difficulties recovering at all. We are very pleased with the work.
