They were prompt, they were courteous, they were respectful and they came when they were supposed to. It is the best sliding screen door that I have had in all my life. I have not seen one so heavy and sturdy in all my life. It is wonderful. I have a coonhound that cannot go through it. That says something. This door was worth every penny. I had seen them years ago at one of the shows.
