They did a very good job. It was a pleasant experience. They did what was needed done and cleaned up after themselves. The insurance took care of the cost.

Jeff, Ben & Kathy at Service master were extremely accommodating and very professional in their dealsings with us. They understood the anxiety we had facing the results of a broken water pipe that had frozen in our new house which we had just recently moved into. Even though my handyman had come to the house with a WetVac witinb a couple of hours of the incident and had sucked up the water on the floor. It was Jeff who showed us the threat and potential damage that water trapped between the walls could do. he set up blowers in four different locations in the house and monitored them daily until he got the right reading on his monitor that the wet walls were dry and would not be a potential source of mold in the future. Al;so, when m plumber was there to replace the broken water pipe, he discovered an additional area where water had gathered under the insulation that had previously gone undetected. After calling ServiceMaster to let them know that more water had been discovered under the insulation, they immediately sent out Jeff with a blower to dry out the area. They monitored the area for the next two days, until that section was also dry and the danger was removed. I was thoroughly pleased with their professionalism and service.
