Floor Cleaning and Waxing, Flooring
The job went terribly. The edging was absolutely horrible with far too coarse a grit that left scratches in the wood and waves in the floor. You could easily tell where the drum stopped and the edger started. There were waves and dips in the floor. When asked to finish the job properly, he left the job with my initial payment and refused to give it back. I had to have another contractor come out and redo the entire job to satisfaction. I pulled 4 contractors into the job and they all just about fell over at the quality of the work. Absolutely terrible!
