Patrick Kelly Roofing & Siding

Came as promised and did an excellent job. Had a leak that was "repaired" by a previous contractor. did a tear off and replaced the shingles and took care of the chimney. Several of the plywood needed to be replaced and he did at no extra charge . Would definitely hire him again if needed .

Patrick Kelly and his team did a spectacular roofing job for us. Patrick came to the house for the estimate, went up on the roof and examined everything. He quoted us a good price for all the work and set a date for the work. Less than a month later they were ready to work. They arrived on time. Each worker (10) had specific jobs and they did them efficiently. Patrick was also working with them. They ripped off the two old roof coverings, did a few repairs, sealed the roof and finished the job. When they were done (only took 6 hours), they picked up all of the trash (they even used a magnetic rake to get all of the nails) and threw it in a dumpster. They were an amazing team and we couldn't be happier with them and the roof they supplied. Patrick even checked in with us at the end to see if we were happy with the work, and even came back for a little adjustment a couple of days later. If you need a roof -- get Patrick Kelly.

We recently used Patrick Kelly for new vinyl siding, new gutters, bay window installation, and a new side door. We obtained 5 quotes prior to starting this project, and his quote was BY FAR the most reasonable. The crew arrived on time each day and was very communicative and professional during the whole process. Even working in the snow and extreme cold. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is evident. We are extremely pleased with the final product and would HIGHLY recommend Patrick Kelly for any home improvement.

We couldn’t be happier with the installation of our roof in Westfield. The price was very competitive, and the job was done on time and beat our expectations. Absolutely would hire again for any job. The siding installer Steve and his guys did an amazing job for us. I appreciated that they don’t juggle multiple jobs at once. They showed up like clockwork every morning and worked a full day, every day until the job was done (weather permitting of course). Even a couple half day Saturdays! Steve is a master at his trade and the quality of his work, right down to the smallest details really shows. When I had concerns Patrick and Steve we’re both always super easy to talk to and willing to accommodate. From beginning to end we received a fair quote, on time workers and quality work. 5 STARS! Patrick put my roof on 25+ years ago. If I had a problem he was prompt and honored the warranty on his work if needed. Time came for a new roof I knew I could count on him and his crew to be professional, courteous, prompt and effecient. Work was done in 1/2 day. Looks great, the yard is clean and I would use him again. Maybe siding in the future.

I was blow away with the professional and speedy team. My roof looks beautiful! They did the whole thing in less than six hours. And the the clean up was amazing.not a nail to be found. Will definitely hire them again. Looking to have some windows replaced in the future. Patrick I’m your biggest fan!

The project went extremely smoothly and working with Patrick and his brother (who does the siding portion of the business) was a pleasure. Both were very responsive and were very willing to field any of my numerous questions, both before and after we actually contracted with them. More detail follows: Roofing: The roofing portion was amazing. A fleet of vehicles arrived as scheduled early in the morning, and by late morning the front half of the roof had been stripped and replaced. The crew of 11, which included Patrick personally working on the roof with the others, was very efficient and it was obvious everyone knew just what their assigned tasks were. Whenever I spoke to a member of the crew, they were responsive and courteous. The second day was a repeat of the first with the final work completed by noon. The dumpster had arrived shortly after the crew on the first day, and was removed as the crew was leaving the second day. Cleanup both days was outstanding with virtually no debris to be seen anywhere. The roof looks great and we are 100% pleased with the work, the cleanup, and the precision-timed arrival and removal of the dumpster. Siding, etc.: The siding crew was smaller with only 3, including Steve, Patrick's brother. They worked well together and were great to deal with. The plan had been to finish by Thanksgiving since we were to host about 40 for dinner. The weather did not cooperate with everything from rain to snow to ice to howling winds to freezing temperatures (some with the howling winds). It was obvious they were trying their best to finish by Thanksgiving, but the week before we said that we appreciated their efforts but not to kill themselves to try and make the deadline. They said they would see what they could do, even calling in some additional help and working over weekends. They finished about 5 pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. And all this while doing a great job on the siding and trim replacement. To summarize, the jobs went extremely well and both crews were wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend them for both roofing and siding.

They were in and out in one day. Cleaned up well.

Patrick came and inspected the area over our three season room and understood the urgency of the situation. He scheduled the work for the next weekend. The job required all of the shingles in that area of the roof to be replaced. There were also several pieces of plywood that needed to be replaced. The work also included a water and ice shield over the entire area. We've used Patrick several times in the last twenty years. He is always prompt, the quality of work is excellent, and his prices are fair.

The job went very well ! It’s only been about three weeks since the job has been finished, and I am just amazed how my house transformed in just a couple weeks. The siding is stunning and the work was done very professional. If I had a concern or questions, Patrick and the crew were able to answer them accordingly. I would highly recommend Patrick Kelly. EXCELLENT. I called Patrick Kelly requesting an estimate. He promptly returned my call, provided a detailed written estimate and we scheduled a start date. This all was done on the day that I called him. He showed up on time, completed the work as requested and to the cost quoted. The clean up after the roofing job was exceptional. Mr. Kelly was recommended by my cousin who hired him for her roof. I found him to be very pleasant. Pat and his entire crew were terrific. Owner operator that was more than timely, honest and absolutely terrific to work with. The roof, siding and windows were all done to perfection. They went the extra mile down to the littlest detail. My house looks new, and I know it was done right. No cover ups, roof and siding were taken down to the bones, inspected and replaced with the best products. Pat answered all the questions and concerns I had while I was contemplating the jobs, costs, materials etc. and was always available and got back to me immediately. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick Kelly. He promptly responded to my request for a quote and came the next day to look at the roof. He and his crew arrived on time to the job; and, given that there were 13 men working, completing my roofing project went very quickly. All of the workmen were polite and clearly knew their jobs. Contacted Patrick as a friend of mine and a customer of Patrick's had just finished having work done on a very old Victorian Style home in Longmeadow, MA. He was very pleased with Mr. Kelly's work. Patrick returned my phone call before the end of the day and came over and gave me an estimate. We set up an approximate date. He called a few days prior and the day before. He was in and out in about 3 hours taking off a double layer of roofing, replacing it with 30 year guaranteed shingles and left the yard in the same shape when he came. He was on the roof working along side his crew. They worked like a well oiled machine. The roof looks great and I was very please and delighted with the results.

I contacted Mr. Kelly to receive a free estimate for siding our house. The appointment was made to come to our home within days of my call at a date and time of my convenience. He arrived at the scheduled time and the estimate for services was provided to us prior to leaving our home – no additional wait time to receive notification in the mail. After agreeing to the estimate provided, a start date for service was provided, and on THAT promised date the materials arrived on site and so did his crew. From that date forward, Mr. Kelly was in contact with ME - no chasing him for a reply or update. Our home was completely sided, new gutters and new lighting installed in 10 business days as promised. All leftover materials and its packaging were removed for disposal by the crew as well. I would highly recommend working with the Patrick Kelly Roofing & Siding company. GREAT JOB - Our house looks terrific.

A large crew showed up around 6:30 am and cleared the site by 2:30 pm. Part of the time they worked in 90+ degree heat. All debris was removed before the crew departed. The crew members were very efficient and professional. Patrick Kelly was quite responsive through out the process. I am very pleased with the results.

The job took about 8 days, having to deal with some inclement weather. The crew arrived promptly each work day and stayed all day long. They were very thorough, professional, and understanding when we had questions. They also did amazing job cleaning up each day and at the end of the project. The huge dumpster was removed the day they completed the work. We (husband and I) highly recommend Patrick Kelly.

PK did my roof 15 years ago. Some tiles had slipped due to chimney repair traffic. Work was done promptly and I have yet to receive a bill.... Thanks
