Established in 1991 by Cory Liptak; Liptak Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration Inc, is a 24 hour Emergency Water, Fire, Smoke, Sewage and Mold Restoration Company caring for Western MA & Berkshire families and businesses. Liptak stays on top of all new advancements, training and certifications. Using the Number One Slide in Truck Mounted Machines, and Cleaning Agents available, which get the best and safest results. Such as The Everest Machine by Prochem and green cleaning agents by Prochem. This equipment can produce steam up to 240 degrees. At 180 degrees F we start killing bacteria, and for every 18 degrees over 180 we double our cleaning strength. The equipment has the new Trilobe Blowers which can dry carpet faster than any other machine available. The Prochem cleaning gents that we use are GREEN CLEAN AGENTS. These cleaning agents are extremely Safe for Children, Pets, and for people with autoimmune disorders i.e. Asthma, etc. Locally owned & operated. Horrible service, not recommended at all. I had a water pipe burst in my Kitchen and contact them in April, they stared very professional went home, reviewed the insurance estimate and said they could do the job within the budget, they went and removed the floor, the walls and out big industrial fans for a whole weekend saying they were going to be back on Monday and they didn't a few days went by when they sent someone to pick up the fans but not to start the job. The communication was horrible and they kept me like that for months only communication was asking for the payment for the mitigation, weeks went by and no communication. At last they said they had to request more money from insurance and when they insurance said they were not going to pay anymore they just told me they couldn't do the job, this is already in July, 3 months in my house without floor, wall, breathing dust. Very unprofessional, rude people, i will never recommend these people for a job.

I recently moved out of state and had to find someone to come clean my carpets. Let me say 100% one of the things i'm going to miss the most is Liptak Carpet Cleaning! I thought all carpet cleaning businesses would be like yours, but i was totally shocked by the machine and tools they used to clean the carpet, how the carpet was still dirty when they were done , and the lack of professionalism, and customer service that was given. LIPTAK CARPET CLEANING I HAVE COME TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH I'M GOING TO MISS YOU!! EXPAND TO FL!

Liptak’s response was FANTASTIC! Within an hour of calling them a project manager arrived to assess the situation and about 20 min later the team came. Polite, responsive, professional, attentive to detail... they get As in all areas. I would only hire them in the future and highly recommend them!

No odor removal applied. Since I was explicit about hiring them for the odor (repeatedly!) I assumed it was included in the high price. It was not. When I realized the odor was exactly the same, I called. Everyone lied - the main cleaner and the owner. Really a bad faith job. The owner tried to get me to pay more for them to come out and actually deal with the odor. Very dishonest transaction. Not recommended if there is a problem.

Our technicians that cleaned your white living room carpet in July told you we might not be able to get all of the stains and odors out from your rescue dogs. We offered you odor neutralizer and you didn't want to pay extra at the time. We stated that it would help but there might still be odor even after the application. Yes we did offer to come back out to do the neutralizer after you called us, we did not in any way lie to you, unfortunately you felt our technicians were lying to you even when they were at your home trying to professionally clean your carpet for you. We have cleaned 54 thousand carpets/rugs and have completely removed odors and are always up front and honest about what we can do and the condition of the carpet we are working with."

Tony did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Liptak for your carpet cleaning needs. I was extremely satisfied with the end result and would definitely use them again. I also appreciated the fact they use all natural cleaning products rather than harsh chemicals.

Cleaned rug, which thankfully didn't smell of deodorizers at the end.
I also took a rug to them to evaluate after the previous rug cleaners ruined it and an owner told me this sometimes just happens after several cleanings. While I finally got a cash settlement from the previous cleaners, I was concerned it couldn't be fixed but wanted to know for sure.
An owner at Liptak looked at my ruined rug. While he not only confirmed what I could see--the rug was indeed ruined, Mr. Liptak was able to look at the stains and dye runs and explain to me exactly what the previous company had done to ruin it. Mr. Liptak also confirmed my thought--wool rugs can last hundreds of years when treated right. This was not a result of my rug just having been cleaned 3-4 times before.
I will use Liptak again.

After drying out full cellar, Liptak installed new drywall and floor molding and had new carpeting installed throughout entire cellar of 3 rooms and bathroom. Including repainting room with damaged drywall.

I like the post card I received from this company. It prompted me to call for an appt. The appt. for an estimate was great because all the details were covered and a written price was established. Also a date for the work to be done was established at this time as well.
The day of service the same person who did the estimate arrived with a co-worker. They took their time and care to do a fabulous job on the chairs. There were water stains and cat stains on these chairs which were removed completely.
When it came time to pay the bill the quoted price was exactly what I paid. Many other cleaning companies hike up the price after the work is done, but this company stays true to it's estimated quote. I would use their services again.

They came early for the appointment and ended up cleaning the chair immediately! This chair had been in a family for 30 years before I got it. There were stains on it and I had tried to remove them myself...now I know that's a no-no. Liptak squirted the chair with cleaner, then used a vacuum to shoot water into it and suck it back out. They advised me to run a fan in the room, which I did. The chair looks brand-new! Thanks, guys!

I liked the fact that they use eco-friendly cleaners and rinsing agents and that the pets and I could stay in the house while the cleaning was being done. They were very knowledgeable. They (2 men) were here 2 hours. We could walk on the carpet in 2 hrs if we had to. We have used other services that were less expensive, but the pets had to stay off the rugs/out of the house for 4 hours, We will use them again. You get what you pay for.
