Girard Heating & Air Conditioning

We picked Girard Heating & Air conditioning to install the Mitsubishi Ductless Cooling and Heating System we were adding to our house because of their experience and training with this product. Steve was very accommodating to our schedules and knowledgeable on the Mitsubishi products. Aside from putting 1 head unit too close to a side wall, we are happy with the installation. The other 4 head units were properly placed throughout the house. The units were working fine for a few weeks when 3 head units stopped working. Girard quickly responded, isolated the problem to a single line, and restored service to the other 2 head units. They continued to trouble shoot and found that the problem was a punctured line. The line was accidentally punctured by another contractor who was unaware that the lines were behind the wall. The line was repaired and is functioning properly. We are happy with the installation, their quick response, and the repair work they have done. The office staff is courteous and professional as well as being helpful in ensuring we were aware of Mitsubishi rebates. Due to our experience with Girard Heating & Air conditioning as well as their training from Mitsubishi, we have chosen to enter in to a maintenance agreement with them for the Mitsubishi Ductless Cooling and Heating System.

From proposal through installation, nothing but professional and efficient service. Jennifer, Steve, Bob and the rest of the staff were outstanding. Jennifer and Steve were instrumental in assisting with the Mass Save program and available rebates.

Everything went perfectly. Steve came out to give us the estimate and answer our questions. He followed up with a email containing the formal proposal, all the literature for the unit itself, plus information about three different rebates available, cutting our cost from the quoted $4,060 to $2,610. We mailed our deposit and were quickly scheduled in. On the day of the install, Josh and Mike were on-time, friendly, and professional. After they completed their part of the job, while waiting for the electrician (who was also top-notch) to connect the wiring, they were kind enough to take a look at our central AC. We'd been having some issues with it, and they guys took the time to clean the filter, the coil, and tape a few loose duct seams... all at no charge. It may seem like a small thing, but service like that is rare these days. Girard Heating & Air Conditioning has earned our business for years to come.

Wonderful! He is just absolutely wonderful! He keeps you informed and told us about every single change the city made and all of his installations have been working well. I would highly recommend him.

I have nothing but praise for everyone at Girard Heating and Air Conditioning. After four frustrating weeks calling three other local HVAC companies near Southampton, MA, leaving messages at each one and being promised a call back, I finally tried Girard Heating and Air Conditioning.
Jennifer, the office manager, was very professional, prompt and courteous, both on the phone and in person, and listened to the problem I was having with my Aprilaire. I even asked if I could stop by and show her a photo of the comprimised control panel. Jennifer immediately set up an appointment at my convenience to rectify the issue. Two days later their technicians (Mike & Bob) came to our home and worked on our system. They were both friendly and very professional and explained in detail what needed to be done. 
I would definitely call them again if any other problem arose with my heating and air conditioning and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The quality of their work is excellent. They were on time. They came in, did the job, cleaned up, and gone. I got two year warranty. There was a rebate and I forgot the rebate and I e-mailed him. He returned a response right away.

Overall, the experience was great. The city was installing gas lines, so we had to wait to have the gas lines installed. He really went above and beyond, kept on top of things and kept us aware of when things were happening. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, they got the job done when they said they would, and everything went smoothly!
