I cant say enough about the professionalism and competence of Carpet Wizard. Tyson was knowledgeable, personable and made an extra effort to make sure the problem areas in each room were addressed in the cleaning process. His cleaning equipment is top of the line. He showed up when promised and returned the area rugs when promised. We will be sure to use him in the fall for duct cleaning.

Tyson James, the owner/operator, answered the phone on the weekend when I placed my initial inquiry call. He straight forwardly explained available services and options without pushing upgraded or additional services.  We scheduled several weeks in advance, and when I emailed him the day before seeking confirmation, he emailed back within 2 hours. He was prompt, efficient, thorough and professional.

Tyson is prompt, thorough, efficient. and charges reasonably for his services. He explains his cleaning process and is thoughtful about comparing discounts to give us the best price.  He agreed that we should have the less expensive on-site cleaning of the area rugs since they were both rather inexpensive purchases.  We used him once before and will use him again:-)

Tyson is great!  Very professional, accommodating (he rescheduled cleanup date when I asked at the last moment), flexible (did an additional rug cleaning task on the fly), reasonably priced, and honest (when asked if he can get the hardwood polishing done, honestly said that its in bad enough shape that we'd need to sand it down first).  They were in and out of the house in a couple of hours.  Couldn't ask for anything better than that!

Their prices are reasonable and we were able to use a coupon through Angie’s List. He was professional and prompt for the appointment. He was very pleasant and even sends us out a newsletter to us. He does a great job on our carpets. Scheduling is easy and he is able to come out when it was convenient for us. I am 100% satisfied!
