UPDATE - The site supervisor returned to fix some issues and has assured me all our concerns will be addressd. This increases my hope / confidence that this project will be completed to our satisfation.

First Post - This was an extremely chaotic and confused project the design phase was rushed and our immediate change of mind about the layout was ignored. The day of the shower build was out of control as design details were not planned and I had to contact the designer several times before she showed up. Ultimately the niche layout and size were not ideal for the final design.

Every phase of the project has been chaotic, for example at my house I told the designer what door handles I wanted and yet the door came without a handle. So I had to resend out the information and be home again for the door handles to be installed.

The re-design meeting was planned for the day the tiling was to begin (really I'm not kidding) and the day after some travel. Again I had asked weeks previously for a change schedule and was just molified. Crazy and way too much pressure.

I am writing this on the last day of the tile installation. As the final straw a pencil liner was installed with one end sticking way out with a white interror showing, it's an epoxy pencil liner not the beautiful marble which was ordered and installed everywhere else. I am so stressed and disapointed. Once again stress, turmoil, chaos, and confusion.

The tile installation was slow with 3 and 5 hour work days, we are now at week three. The dust has been crazy with the bathroom not being swept up every evening. There were extra tiles ordered which disappeared along the way. There is poor grout quality, chipped tiles to be replaced and hazy/ bumpy surface on tile. I'm praying this will work out.

They did the installation of the new cabinets, flooring counter etc. The work went of wonderfully. We were thrilled with their work. They were beyond our expectation. It is a family business and the only subcontractor they used were the plumber and the electrician otherwise the crew does all of the work. The crew is great. The design work was done by the company as well and that was very good. They had very good rapport with the designer. They pay incredible attention to detail on all of finish evolved with the project. . They are very customer service oriented. They listen to what you want and need in the kitchen. They are very detail oriented and work well with the customer to find the exact and correct design and products. They are incredibly professional in everything they do.
