The nice thing about using this company is that they generally won't flip your loan, which makes it easier. Other people do. It s a pain for the consumer when they do that. I like the fact we've been with this company for a while now and nothing has changed. Our rates are in keeping with what everyone else would probably ask. They're not the lowest, but probably not the highest either. In general, we like them.

I can honestly say that since we have been using this company, they have not sold our loan twelve times. They're just kind of average I would say. They get the job done. Everything seems to be done correctly and accurately, so we have no complaints. They've been pretty good to us so far.
