We had/have a Graduation Party planned for June and wanted the yard work done, as well as a patio, and needed at least the yard work/clean-up completed by mid-May.
Ryan assured us this would not be an issue.
It's now May 20th, and no work has been done. While this spring was really rainy, there were several days where the work could have been done and no one showed up or contacted us. He came out once in mid-April for 2 hours and hauled some trash and left some of his equipment behind. We have emailed him 4 times since then, and texted him 3 times.
No response.
I said to him that I needed a response by today end of day if he planned to do any work, no response. I know he got the message as it went to him via text, and I saw him typing something back, although he did not send it.
My child's HS grad party is in 3 weeks- no cleanup was done (except what we have done as we need to get it done somehow), VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
