The initial call was responded to on the same day and within a few days I had an estimate for the work to be done.  I was told that it would be completed by the end of the following week and that is exactly what happened along with receiving a few compliments from neighbors on the job that was done.
I did make a call to the company when in the third week there were bare areas on the lawn.  I actually left a message over the weekend and asked if they could send someone to take a look and re-seed a few areas.   Well, I didn't hear from anyone because they are professionals and are 100% into customer service.  I came home from work to find more seed on the lawn.  No hassle - No multiple messages...Love it!!  I will certainly use this landscaping company again!  Angie's list is great, Thank You!!!

Overall, it went well.  My husband and I interviewed three different companies.  We ultimately chose Rosado because they did a great job on the masonry work they completed for us in the past, because of their landscape design ideas, and because their pricing was the most reasonable.
I will start by saying my husband and I are very pleased with the results.  There were bumps along the way with communication between the office, Pat, and the crew at different stages of the project, which is why they are receiving a B grade instead of an A.
Pat was great to work with.  Pat came out on the initial consult and spent an hour with us reviewing our ideas and giving us design tips.  We liked his professionalism and his vision compared to the other companies we interviewed.  When I wanted to revise our initial plan, Pat was available to review it with me and to make a second visit to ensure it would look good and work.
The proposal had to be revised several times because the item lines were written wrong and/or the pricing was wrong.  Correcting that was frustrating, but the office made the corrections in a professional way.  Also, Pat's communication with me towards the date of service wavered; however, he did reach out to me, gave a sound explanation, and apologized. 
The crew was professional and did a great job installing the sod and plants.  We are so pleased with the landscape design.  The new sod began to yellow after a couple of days of installation.  I reached out to Pat and he gave me advice on how to help it bounce back.  It did bounce back after a few weeks and it looks great.  We do have a lot of crab grass in the new sod, but I believe that's from the heat. 
I would recommend Rosado and Sons.  They follow through, even though it might take awhile, and the quality of work is great.

They guys were here all day and did a wonderful job. They told me what they were going to do and they completed the job. I got the referral from my neighbor and I was very pleased.

Very easy to deal with and get in touch with. Very responsive and reasonably priced. Very professional. It's really nice having full time office employees to communicate with. They were great at accommodating my deadline during a busy time.

The workmen were polite and hardworking.  When the work was done, there was a drainage problem with the new stone path, but they did come out and fix it.  Our main problem with Rosado was with Mark, the supervisor. Once he priced the job, he did not want to come back and monitor the work or inspect it, even though his office is in the same town as our house.  While doing the work, the machines used ruined our lawn that had just been regraded and seeded that year.   This included dropping stone base while transporting it to the pathways.  Mark had promised to come out in the spring and reseed the area that his equipment damaged. We took Mark for his word and paid the invoice in full. However, the company just replied, "Mark has advised that we can re-seed the areas but there will be a charge based on time and materials.  Please let me know if you are interested"  So, we are now left paying for them to fix the damage they caused.  As such, we will not use this company in the future and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Contacted Rosado & Sons in early April to get a spring cleanup and some lawn care (fertilizer, power thatching, aeration, seeding etc). After calling several times and emailing back and forth for about 4 days I was finally able to get a quote and decide on moving forward. I indicated I wanted to schedule the services ASAP and was told I would be called by someone else as they had 2 crews that each did different services. 2 weeks passed by and no contact. I called and emailed and received an obligatory 'sorry' response. Three more days pass and I get a call, "we are coming right now". The crew gets here and only was able to perform the power thatching. I was told the other crew does some of the other services and they sub-contract out the fertilizer treatments. That alone sounded flaky to me! Nice guys and the power thatching was done thoroughly, BUT..... It is now too late in the season to seed and we already have weeds sprouting up. Needless to say, I wouldn't count on these guys. Communication is not where it should be and I am paying the price for not moving on sooner!

It went perfectly, although I was lucky the water hadn't frozen completely from the few days of below freezing temperatures we had.

OVERALL THEY ARE GREAT. THE WORK IS REALLY HIGH QUALITY. THEY ARE REALLY METICULOUS. THE OWNER DID NOT HAVE US APPROVE THE BANISTERS BEFORE ORDERING. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO INSTALL BANISTERS. THEY ARE REALLY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR WORK IS IMPECCABLE. THEY ARE GREAT. BE MORE PROMPT IN SETTING TIME FRAMES AND CHECK IN WITH CLIENTS MORE OFTEN DURING JOB.

HE CAME THE DAY HE SAID HE WOULD. THE LANDSCAPE COMPANY WAS BEHIND SCHEDULE WHICH SLOWED HIM DOWN, SO HE HELPED THEM PLANT FOR 1/2 A DAY TO BE ABLE TO GET HIS WORK DONE SINCE HE FOLLOWS THE PLANTS. NICE JOB HELPING OUT.
