It went incredibly well. I can't begin to describe how far above and beyond the call of duty Doug went to sell the property. He was phenomenal. As dogged as they come... He must have made at least 50 trips to the house to deal with contractors and ensure that a new septic system was planned, approved, installed and signed off. He was a perfectionist in making sure that the property was as presentable as possible and he was meticulous with all paperwork. I cannot say enough good things about Doug. I have worked with many realtors in my lifetime, and he is head and shoulders above all the others. He is a consummate professional and I give him the highest recommendation.

I found him to be very professional and detail oriented. He was always well prepared with information regarding comparative pricing and trends in my area. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful with construction issues while viewing possible new homes and during home inspection. Doug was always responsive to my calls and had many helpful suggestions and good advice. He guided me through this stressful process with great proficiency.
