He is more interested in moving his company than doing a simple 48" vanity counter top. He could not commit to a firm date to fabricate the vanity top so I went elsewhere and gladly paid more for someone who was interested in my business.

The installation was superb. However, the fabrication and response was disappointing. There was an uneven edge on one of the counters. We didn't notice it until it was installed. When we called them about it, they were initially not very responsive. I had to call the supplier. Soapstone is an irregular material, so finishing it is difficult. I would recommend checking the stone before they install it. The two guys who did the installation were very, very good. It wasn't until they had finished their job that we noticed the issue. They had to come back to take the counter out and take it back to the shop. The second installation wasn't as good as the first.
