This includes helping with home inspections, Title V reviews, assessor map readings, property card checks for building permits and other defects, plus my assessment on where the home needs to go to reach "the next level". I'm always available to past clients to offer advice about major home improvements to make sure they maximize resale - after all, I plan on selling that home when you're done with it.
