We were really happy with the realtor.  What Lisa was paid was a percentage of the commission, but it was paid by the seller.  Her commission was 5 percent of our sale.  The selling price was $383000.00.  She was really thorough.  She was quite patient.  I am from UK.  I am not from the local area.  We didn't really have a lot of local knowledge.  We wanted to buy a house and she really walked us through.  She was really good.  She took all our needs into account and really came up with some options for us that were good.  She was very professional.  She thoroughly researched all the properties we were looking at.  She really helped and did all the negotiations.  She worked really well with us and the company that we arranged the mortgage with.  She really worked on it.  The price we paid was the going rate.  She was well prepared.  She did her job properly.  You could always reach her.  She would always return your phone calls promptly.  She was definitely easy to get hold of.
