Built the addition for us and got it finished quickly. ..considering the trouble the town gave us at the beginning Joe and his crew were able to complete the entire job within 2 1/2 months! Excellent results, even installed a new driveway as well... Very pleased

Incredibly well! We had a pre-listing inspection of our home which indicated that the column supporting the joists of the house was insufficient and warped. I immediately used Angie’s list and contacted Joe a licensed general contractor at JFC PROS. We were in a time crunch trying to get house ready to list. Joe was extraordinarily accommodating and recognized this as an emergency. I sent him photos of the project. During our conversation Joe wanted to make sure that whoever I use should be a licensed contractor. Even though he was booked for larger jobs for 4 months out, he came over within a few hours of my initial call to analyze the issue and recognized the urgency to rectify the problem. Joe and a crew arrived the next morning and proceeded to put in the 6x6 column and brackets so that our home was now compliant with code. And safe! Joe was professional, competent and so wonderful to work with! He explained the process and the issues with the project in a way that we could understand. His crew was also great! When we pointed out to Joe an issue with a step on our front porch that needed a handyman soon, Joe took care of that as well! Hiring Joe was a no brainer! Efficient, professional, amazingly accommodating, responsive and really nice is how I would cap off my experience! In less than 24 hours the job was completed and my anxiety level gone!

Joe and the JFC Pros team are incredible! By using Joe we were able to get exactly what we wanted within our budget AND finish earlier than he quoted (which was already faster than every other contractor)! Joe was very responsive right from the start when I requested he come out and give a quote. He scheduled an appointment immediately and turned around a quote in a couple days with very reasonable pricing. We knew basically what we wanted in terms of layout but Joe was very helpful in planning out all of the details and making the entire process really smooth considering the amount of work that was needed. One thing that is unique about Joe is that he doesn’t nickel and dime over changes and whenever we would ask for changes he would always have the attitude of what would be the best outcome for the project and be upfront on pricing if it was a significant change or in many cases just make the changes for free. The work they did was fantastic and he has a very talented team. Fernando on his team is really creative and talented and did a lot of the finishing touches on our job that took the look of our house to the next level. We couldn’t be happier with the work and working with JFC was incredibly easy and enjoyable. We honestly feel like we got a designer grade house for an affordable amount thanks to JFC!

When we called Jose, we were in the middle of a whole house renovation, partially complete. The previous contractor had left us high and dry. Actually wet because of openings in the roof and missing windows. Jose came in and assessed the situation and immediately came up with a plan. He took care of everything that needed attention including previous work done poorly. His team completed the roof, plumbing, electrical, installed windows, insulation throughout, wallboard, paint, counters, cabinets and 3 bathrooms. He also reinforced / replaced floor joists and added 2 decks. When problems arose, he always had ideas to address without breaking the already depleted bank. He was also excellent when dealing with Town officials (invaluable)! I can't say enough good things about Jose and his entire team; they're truly professional, friendly and talented. I have shared a 'before' and 'after' picture.

He was able to fix some issues that we’re longstanding such as fitting in a new cooktop, expanding a closet wall to accommodate our washer and dryer.

JFC Pros replaced our front porch and back deck, using Azek decking and railing. The team was professional, courteous and hard-working. They did a high-quality installation, with attention to detail and aesthetic appearance of the final product. Joe is easy to reach by phone or text, and typically returned calls same-day if he was busy when I called.

The service was pretty good. The only negative was that the job took a little longer than anticipated however, I would rather it go longer than to take shortcuts. He completed nice work, professional, and is people pleaser which I appreciated.
