He put in one stake as the rest was already surveyed, stakes were already in the ground for the other points. I got a bad feeling right off the bat. When I tried to discuss the price, he told me it wouldn't go over $2,000, but never gave me a definite quote. He told me to fax the deed and he would come up with a price. After the work was done, he was pounding on the door at 6:45am wanting money while I was out of town and had someone staying at my home. He came out so we could discuss the work that was done and the price. He kept pushing me to pay him that day and wouldn't leave until I paid him. I got in the car and headed to the bank, which didn't open until 9am. I came back and he was waiting in my driveway. He gave me a piece of paper with the dimensions. I didn't sign anything or receive official paperwork, no receipt, no nothing! I told him that I thought I overpaid and he said sorry you feel that way. He couldn't explain why the prices are different from my neighbor's yard ($800) and my yard ($1600). Just a terrible experience!!!!! He doesn't even have a license.
