Mortgage Companies
Lisa Gennari and team were great. We had a complicated loan application and she provided us with alternatives that saved us money and provided flexibility in the long run.
Bankers hours do not apply to Lisa! Lisa and her team had calls with us at 10pm to go over various documents. If you have tried to get a mortgage of late, know the hoops you have to jump through and the boat load of documents that need to be presented and signed when you are in underwriting h***!
Lisa used to be in underwriting and knew the ropes to get everything pushed through. And our closing costs were several thousand dollars less than other major banks in the area. Even our attorney commented about how low it was and that our home equity loan was essentially done at cost.
