Window Service
The sales experience was good. We were disappointed with the start date. There were some delays. Once it was started it was completed in a reasonable time. We were disappointed with the installer's ability to complete the job. There was trim/framing work around the windows that needed to be chiseled out and not replaced as they originally said they would do. They offered to complete the job at a fairly high labor rate if I provided the materials. They wanted over $1,000, so I did it myself. Their measurements were not good and there were some large gaps. The appearance of the kitchen window was not what we had expected and not a choice that we would have made. I don't think I will use them again.
