DECKS PLUS

Great experience from start to finish. Dan was responsive about getting us a quote and it was much more reasonable than others we had received. He stayed in touch throughout the process and completed the work as promised. The new deck looks amazing and we're really happy with the quality.

Very smoothly. They were flexible when it came time to schedule the delivery. Very understanding as we changed specs on the shed a few times. The ramp was too narrow for the door (Unexpectedly) and they made it right. Very impressive. Will go back again. I recommend.

Class act, and I'd recommend them to anyone. I had a gazebo project that wasn't cookie cutter, and these guys were creative and patient in helping to make it happen. I spoke to other companies before hand who were far less accommodating. Friendly, competent, fair. I'll be using these guys again.

We did not make it through the first winter without issues. Dan told us he would make us whole, then changed his mind. I think honesty and integrity and the most important traits of ANY good contractor. We thought Dan had that, so we trusted him. But, when we had to test his integrity because of an issue, he failed!!! We lost our trust in him, which is unfortunate because we just moved and were going to have him build us a new three season porch in our new house.

Dan and crew were very easy to work with and the deck still looks great. Many folks have commented on the good design and quality of the build. Dan is willing to work with any material you want, though he has deals with certain manufacturers. Dan gave a very straight forward per SqFt price for decking and per linear foot for railings. You know how much you will pay from the very beginning, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Old deck removal and haul-away were inexpensive. Deck framing top notch. Decks Plus was very timely from start to finish. A few small mistakes during the process, like a broken screen when removing the old deck and some cement work cleanup, but VERY minor overall and were corrected after a simple call. If you want a low-stress install, great work, and want to know exactly what you are paying for Decks Plus is the place to go. Highly recommended.

This was a dream job from start to finish. Dan, the owner, is a wonderful guy to do business with. He met with us to explore options of finish and size, he worked out the details with his engineer and charged us a modest fee for the building drawings. HIs price was simply amazing and we still are amazed at how beautiful the three season porch is for the money we paid. Dan set us up with an on site view of a deck he had just completed and they were as pleased with his work as we are now. This addition will add far more to the value of our home than its cost both in terms of our enjoying the space and in terms of eventual resale. This is a great company. HIs workers were professional, pleasant, accomodating and respectful. It was a pleasure to have them at our home and they took care of each of our concerns with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. I can't say enough about this company and our experience. Use them to build your deck or porch, you won't be sorry.

We went to the company to see what they had to offer and got a quote which was in our range. They brought a dumpster and kept everything cleaned up. Once they got started it didn't take more than a week to get the project complete. They did make a follow up call to make sure that we were happy, and we were. They were ready to get started within a week of contacting them but the project was postponed because we were not ready yet. I think that the company does good work in a timely and reliable manner with a reasonable price.

OVERALL PRETTY GOOD, DIDN'T DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. THEY STILL HAVE TO COME BACK TO FINISH.
