Pushy sales. Started off high, reduced the price. Sales guy demanded to leave with a competitors written quote in order to obtain his lower cost ?! I then received a follow up quote regarding a "promotional discount". I said, great please forward me an updated price. I was told this couldn't happen unless the sales guy could come back, clearly it was all BS to simply get me in front of him again for another 2 hours to be pressured into buying. The girl on the phone continuously spoke over me, would not accept the word "NO" to the visit. In the end I had to hang up. This kind of tactic is not good for any customer, it's bullsh*t. So unless you're a fan of what I see as very manipulative behavior and poor sales ethics RUN, do not Walk away...RUN.

I made the huge mistake of having my gutter installed by DaBella after their high pressure pitch. After the gutters were installed, the fascia board was left exposed to the elements. I contacted management to have this issue resolved, they said that was not covered or not is scope. The exposed fascia board was an issue they created and they refuse to do anything about it. I got absolutely nowhere with multiple calls and emails to the company. Please do not use this company. It will save you a lot of headaches.

This a a PRE-Construction Review.....My home has needed siding for 20 years. I found several contractors using Angi.com and Dabella seemed to be the best fit. The sales presentation was clear ,and they listened to our needs. They made the financing/signing process quick and convenient. I was already familiar with the quality of Hardie siding, and we want the best. We decided to go ALL IN. Cristina and Wyatt made the signing/financing process quick and convenient. I am a little nervous, we have financed 1/3 the value of our home but we are hoping to get back the price in the home's increased value. We are also hoping to share dramatic before and after photos. So far the communication has been fine. Will do a follow up review

I went with another company so my rubber roof would be done as Debella doesn't do rubber roofing. I wanted to give a review as the tech/salesman Ken that came to my house was excellent. He was very informative and did not pressure me to make a deal. Ken is definitely an asset to the Debella company.
