It was a disaster. My wife and I went to Chair Fair in January of 2007 and picked out two stools for our kitchen counter. We were asked for a 40% deposit which we paid. We were told we'd receive the chairs in 8-10 weeks. 10 weeks go by and not a phone call from Chair Fair, so I call them and they tell me it's delayed. A few more weeks go by and one stool arrives correct, the other is the wrong color. Several more weeks go by with little contact from Chair Fair. Eventually the 2nd stool arrives and it's broken. Long story short, we order the stools in January, and the order is completed in June. I think that should be worth a discount. What do they offer? $20. Then she charges my credit card and gives me a $14 discount. When I question her on it, she takes $6 out of the register and gives it to me. No way do I EVER go here again and I'll be sure to tell EVERYONE about my experience.
