At the inspection, Pat was rude about how long the inspection was taking. (Sorry that I want to be thorough with such a large investment.) We had a well flow test done during the inspection with subpar results; we wanted another company to come in for a second look. We initially contacted the company that had been at the house previously, then Pat jumped in and scheduled the inspection without our knowledge so that we couldn't be present to see the results, then was rude enough to stick us with the bill (which I would have gladly paid, if I had the opportunity to see that the guy even showed up!). She has been quite nasty in not responding to our agent's inquiries, and then refused to let us have the keys at closing - she made us wait a half hour for the sale to be recorded in the county book of deeds before we had to drive to her office to pick up the keys. I would encourage everyone to STEER CLEAR of this unprofessional agent.
