They asked if I wanted it quoted by square foot. They said they could price it by square foot (if I provide size of house) but if the house was two story, they would have to look into it. I provided the square feet and noted it was a two story colonial. I told them quoting by square foot (or any method) was fine as I was going to solicit two other quotes and wanted a quote that could be compared to others. They then replied that several projects just came in and they would not be able to take on any new project until next year.... and signed the email with "good luck with your project". I was disappointed as they were an Angies List Service Provider that had a good rating for a challenging and expensive project ($10k heated driveway), and my project (to me) is a challenging and expensive undertaking.

Bob Rullie and his team are terrific.  Bob is knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable, competent.  The snow-melt system for the driveway is a complicated system and Bob chose the right equipment,  installed it perfectly and has it running perfectly. The real test has been the many snowstorms we have had since it was installed -- and it has handled the snowstorms beautifully.
