They had to do extra plumbing work because they had to move it over because the old septic was underneath the porch so they had to dig up the cement pads. We only have a quarter of an acre so they had to re-plumb the part so they could put it in. They were an A. It just took longer than originally it was gonna happen but that was more of the town. They had to come out and inspect everything in this place because we are in historical district so they had to come out 3 or 4 times to check this, to check that. It's kind of like soil testing. The town was actually more of the problem than anything. We are in the historical district so things are not that cut and dry even though it's a ranch house and everything is a permit. I just went with them because they were already doing the septic system. The price went up because they were running into issues with the plumbing and stuff. They were very professional. As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about calling them to have it drained again.

I think I got them from your list. I did like the company very much. They are quick to respond and they came out within a reasonable amount of time. The person that did the cleaning was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had because my husband used to do all these things. He was very friendly and suggested a new top and went and had it back the same day or within a day and he was quick. I don't have too much knowledge about the pricing but it was okay with me and it was acceptable but I don't remember exactly.

We scheduled my service at a convenient time for me within just a few days. She applied a $25 discount for my online submission. The price is competitive to other companies I called. On the day before service I received a reminder call. On the day of service the technician called on his way to our home. He worked quickly and professionally, discussing the condition of our septic tank (yuck!) with my husband. He took the time to explain what we are doing correctly, what we can do to prolong the life of our system. He did a very thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. The yard was left clean. I would definitely use this company again!
