Pavers and Hardscaping Service
Service started out great. Darkys arrived as planned and did a great job cleaning up a pool that was in horrible condition (left by previous homeowners). However, after he was paid things began to deteriorate. He repaired the pool liner, but it continued to pull away from frame (?) and needed further repair. He has been totally unreliable in making those repairs and as a matter of fact he did come by today (8/6/12) to finish the pool liner repair, but did not complete the job. Simultaneous to the pool repair, he did work on our sprinkler system. However, he did not show up when he told us he would be here...we postponed plans on two occasions to accomodate his schedule. After the first no show, I asked him to either call or email us when he couldn't make the appointments.In his defense, on one of the occasions he said he fell down some steps and couldn't make it to our house. However, he never called or sent an email to that effect. Outside of that circumstance, he did not show on at least 3 separate appointments.I think Darkys is good at what he does, but he is unreliable and does not finish what he starts.
