MaidPro of Cape Cod

They clean my home top to bottom with good attention to detail. They are careful with sensitive surfaces like hickory hardwood floors, marble tile and mosaics, and high-end kitchen appliances. They remember things I ask them to take care with. Their English language skills are way better than my Spanish or Portuguese so communication is no big deal. They are energetic and efficient. I’ve had my house cleaned by different services for years and not every visit is the same quality. House cleaners have good and bad days like everyone else. So far my Maidpro Cape cod team has been pretty consistent. I like this team. I’m going to stick with them. Cleaning services are always a little more expensive than independent house cleaners, but I like that I don’t have to worry about paying taxes on their labor; cleaning service workers are also trained, bonded and insured, which gives me peace of mind.

A few times one of the bathrooms was not touched.  A valuable antique was damaged by one of the cleaners using a vacuum cleaner to dust it.  The cleaners did not bother to tell my parents about the damaged antique, they called their manager instead.  The manager called me as I was listed as a contact person, and when I phoned my parents they had no idea anything had been broken.  When I phoned the company back to complain, the manager told me "accidents happen" and she had found a "replacement" on the internet, which was a ridiculous statement.  Who uses a vacuum cleaner to dust? 
Will not use this company again nor will we recommend it to anyone.

They arrived two hours early.  Dusting was done by flicking the rag. One girl worked very hard, the other flicked.  Under beds was not done and two dresser tops not cleaned. Were "done" in under estimated time of two hours. I complained was told I could have my house done at no charge.  Called to schedule.  Was told there were no notes and was hung up on and not called back
