Lucy's Maid Cleaning Services

I wish I didn’t have to write this, but unfortunately Lucy’s cleaning crew members that cleaned my elderly, disabled parents’ home before Labor Day Weekend walked off with my mom’s engagement ring, wedding ring, and my great grandmother’s heirloom ring, all of which my mother wore daily and kept stored in the same place in her room for years and years. Hoping for the best, myself, brother, and sister in law tore the house, car, laundry, etc apart twice, and for hours, to no avail before pointing any fingers or calling the authorities. We even offered Lucy’s a chance to just return the items and go our separate ways, but they denied wrongdoing. So, we filed a police report and can just hope justice will be served. I doubt it will. Ultimately, I believe these individuals will walk off with extremely valuable and sentimental items that do not belong to them. The best I can say is that we managed to cancel the check paid to the cleaner in time so that she didn't also walk away with several generations and several thousand dollars in jewelry plus $170 in payment.
