Horrible, if you have nothing to do but wait for a plumber who does not show and calls with multiple excuses and lies for weeks then this is your plumber. I would never recommend them to anyone. It has been several weeks and again I am waiting for them, but no, here is another excuse. Very unprofessional and completely unreliable. Don’t waste your breath or time.

Kevin was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained the problem, fixed the hot water, and was easy to work with. He’ll be the first call I make if I have plumbing or heating needs in the future.

They did a great job! They were responsive, professional, and the price was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the finished project.

Had my gas heating shut off for too much CO parts per million- looked for plumber and saw Kevin McBride on Angies list -he was responsive on bidding and price was competitive compared to others -Kevin and his crew were professional- on time explained everything along the way- cleaned up after, worked hard and were very good throughout the process- absolutely will use again and recommend him to anyone- permits obtained and follow up inspections went smoothly and all rebate information was filled out by him and he explained entire process to me clearly. It was painless and quick.

Kevin does excellent work. He is very professional and punctual, I'm sure if you live on Cape at some point you may have experienced the laksidasical mindset and have had to wait for services to be performed. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and honest. My heating system is the original system instolled when the house was built in 1974, he could have easily told me I had to replace the system, but he didn't. As most remodeling projects they all go over budget, and because of this I did not want to replace the system. Kevin was able to repair it in record time, and for a reasonable price. For the second time using Kevin McBride plumbing I'm very pleased.

Kevin was amazingly responsive. I called him on a Monday, we met at the property on Wednesday and the job was done by the end of the week end. Kevin was replacing my previous plumber who retired; he had been doing my cottages for 30 years. If I had known better, I'd have gone with Kevin a long time ago. This was just a wonderful experience.

I have found that he does good work. He was recommended to me by someone. He is easy to deal with.
