We have used Hyannis Animal Hospital for 13 years and have been exceedingly pleased with their caring and compassionate care of our dogs. Most recently, on December 22, our beloved 13 year old Lab had to be put down. Although it was a weekend, we were able to consult with a vet, have testing done and reached a decision that was best for our dog. Over 50 years of owning dogs I have never had better veterinarian care than that provided by Hyannis Animal Hospital.

They took very good care of him while he was there during the boarding. They will only board animals if they are patients. They are great to work with and very repsonsive. I have been using them for many years, maybe 12 years total.

It was my first time using them. Everything went fine. There was an average wait time, it wasn't a drag but you want to get moved along. They were very professional. They were pricey. I plan to use them again in the future.

They are all very compassionate. Dr. Venezia was the nicest veterinarian that I have ever met in my life. I have been going to him for more than 30 years. He is caring and loves his job.

They have a number of veterinarians on staff. It is usually easy to get an appointment. They are very professional. We had two different dogs taken there. They do good record keeping. They have a very pleasant staff. They are not cheap but they are fair.

The Vet we use just loves the dogs! They are absolutely wonderful! Why would you go anywhere else? A's all the way!

He has always treated every one of my animals. You just know he likes animals. He is very soft-spoken and kind. There are three other doctors there, but I just go to Larry. I will continue to use this provider.

Dr. Kevin Smith from Hyannis Animal Hospital was absolutely wonderful. He explained things to us thoroughly in terms of our dog's condition and gave us options and time to discuss the options. There was a tremendous amount of sensitivity involved and when we finally decided to have our dog put down the level of compassion and care was absolutely marvelous. They were very professional and caring with both our dog and cat. They are comparable with what other vets in the area charge.

I could tell you a dozen stories-- everything from routine care to emergency medical needs-- all went as well or better that anyone could possibly have expected. When my very old and sick dog became terminally ill, my veterinarian from Hyannis Animal Hospital even helped me arrange for a veterinarian to come to my home and euthanize my dog while she was in my arms. On another occasion when my other dog had a condition two other vets failed to diagnose the Hyannis Animal Hospital; diagnosed it in less than 24 hours and successfully treated her. (She is now sitting beside me-- well and happy as can be.) If they ever close I'm going to make them adopt me. They're fabulous

This is only the latest of our visits to the Hyannis Animal Hospital over the past five years (three dogs) , and we have always been very satisfied with the level of service, pet care, and promptness in getting an appointment. We have been seen by Drs. Venezia, Dr. McCartin, and Beckis, and have been pleased with the professionalism and care from each one of them! It's convenient that there are several doctors on staff so that a prompt appointment can be had, should one be needed. The office staff are always pleasant and responsive to our needs, as well
