I wanted desperately for G Tile to do a good job because I like them personally however I regret my decision to choose them. Their work overall was very uneven and sloppy. The floors came out very nicely as did the kitchen backsplash but the master bathroom shower is a total disaster that I will most likely need to replace and after doing a fine job on the kitchen fireplace resurface at first they messed it up when they came back to fix where they missed cement in some spots Shower--When installing the shower tiles they didn't separate the tiles with the plastic spacers so all the tiles were touching and leaving no place for the grout to adhere to. The work was very rough looking. They needed to come back 5 times to fix loose tiles and places that clearly had no grout at all. when installing the shower door a few tiles actually popped off because they didn't put anything behind the tile. I finally gave up having them come back to fix anything even though they offered to come back as many times as needed. I honestly think they have no idea what they're doing when it comes to bathroom tile work. When installing the door thresholds they left a hot saw on my brand new wood floors leaving 2 large visible burns outside my master bathroom. The threshold outside my half bath off the kitchen was too high and the door wouldn't shut at all. That means they installed a threshold to a door and either didn't bother to check the work by simply closing the door or they knew it was installed wrong and didn't care...either way very lazy. While I was initially happy with the work on the fireplace when they came back to cement some places they had missed they used a different color cement, very noticeable. again just plain poor work. They also didn't clean when they were done. The grout for all the work was never washed off so we had to do that ourselves. All and all I just don't think they know what they're doing when it comes to doing bathroom work. I think for the floors they're fine because there isn't a lot of precision and detail needed like when doing a shower. I

I telephoned Claudiney Silva of G Tile 11, Inc. on 3-24-14, and he visited our home that same day, providing a free estimate.  We chose him to do the project, and my wife and I requested that he perform the work on 4-4-14 and 4-5-14.  Despite the fact that our project was relatively limited in size, Claudiney was very accommodating, and he completed the work on those exact dates.  In fact, Claudiney has been incredibly professional and polite throughout all of our dealings with him.  He returned all phone calls promptly, and arrived exactly on time every occasion he came to our home.

As to the work itself, it is absolutely outstanding.  He displays an incredible work ethic, and the quality of the work is nothing short of exceptional.  It should also be stressed that when a problem arose at the beginning of the project because of an old plumbing fixture, Claudiney even took care of that beautifully.  We are thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the work he performed.

In terms of cost, this contractor provides extremely high quality work at a very reasonable price.  In fact, his bid was significantly below that of two competitor bids. 

I should stress that I have dealt with many, many contractors in my life, and this has been perhaps the finest contractor experience I have ever had.  Claudiney and his company provide the highest caliber of work at a great price, and do so politely, efficiently, and professionally.  Claudiney has my complete confidence and trust.
