His price was good. His quality of work was outstanding and he was available. They are really, really good. He has two sons. One of his sons the older one has his own truck and the younger son has just got his driving license so he is getting up and getting his own truck soon. I would hire him in an absolute second. I had a garbage disposal that failed and bought a new one and went crazy looking for somebody who would do it at a reasonable price. His price was reasonable. He was here when he said he would be here and the work that he did I think is just about as good as I could ever hoped. Trust me, I know this stuff. He did exactly what he should of done and did it nice and neat and like I said, I would hire him in a second. Like I said, his price was good, his availability was outstanding, he arrived when he said he was going to and finished in what his estimate was and that was strictly an estimate over the phone. He said standard replace is simple, you just take out the old one and slip in the new one, plug it in and if it takes more than a half an hour that's a lie. What happened was it actually required him to remove all of the PVC because the new disposal from the same company I bought the original from was supposed to be a direct, exact replacement. I guess the word exact replacement means different things to different people. To me it means you take out the old one, you put in the new one. Not quite true.
