I thought it was a good price. He was very accommodating and been very reliable. This was the house we live only part of the year. We leave a key with them and he comes in and does work for us even when we were not in range and we were not checking him. He has done a wonderful job when we were away and everything was finished as we hoped. He has been very good in that way. I do not have a lot to compare it to. We have done other work too in the years past and it need to be much more expensive.
